Appliance Repair Pricing
Call us up for free at 1-800-ALL-BERGEN to start your repair process. If we can’t fix the problem with some basic troubleshooting over the phone, we’ll send a certified technician to inspect your appliance.
Basic Service Charge
After 15 years of steady pricing, we recently raised our basic service charge by a small amount to $119.95 to keep up with the cost of doing business. This deposit goes entirely toward the final cost of the repair (parts and labor). This is NOT an extra fee and will not impact the total cost of the repair.
Other Service Charges
Sometimes we need to charge a slightly higher service charge for more advanced repairs. For stackable washer/dryers requiring two technicians, built-in refrigerators, double ovens, double oven ranges, repairs in Rockland County, and for any buildings requiring a COI, our service charge is $159.95. This deposit goes entirely toward the final cost of the repair.
If we can’t fix the problem on the spot with tools in our fully stocked trucks, we might have to order a replacement part from the manufacturer. Those prices vary, but we’ll always work with you to get you the best deal possible. Pending part availability, we can usually finish those jobs within a day or two.
